We offer three cosmetic grades which we describe as the following;Pristine ConditionThis

Condition This is a very good condition handset showing light signs of use. Although there may be some light scratches around the chassis. The handset has been fully tested by our trained technicians and it is in excellent working order. Good
This is a good condition handset showing medium to heavy signs of use. There may be some visible scratches on the screen and/or back casing/bezels. The handset has been fully tested by our trained technicians and it is in excellent working order. Faulty Fingerprint Sensor.This handset is in Good Condition but it has a faulty fingerprint sensor, which means the touch ID function will not work. Besides this fault, the handset is in full working order.

If you are not happy with your mobile phone, we will return/exchange it within a period of 14 days from the date you receive it.For selected listings, we offer a 30-day return policy.For selected listings, we offer a 12-month warranty. The warranty does not cover accidental or intentional damage. We do not accept returns with Apple ID/iCloud/Password locks or dead phones. Our warranty only covers basic faults like replacing a battery or earpiece with a repair value of less than £20
We do not issue return postage refunds, if the phone is working fine and has no faults.
The phone must be returned in the original cosmetic condition it was sent it otherwise we will return the mobile phone back to you.
Replies regarding returns will be given within 2-3 days, please allow up to 14 days for a full refund into your account.
Once we have approved your refund, we will provide you with a RMA number which must be included when returning the handset.
Testing: We fully test every handset to ensure that everything is working. We test the screen quality, network, applications, camera, handset condition, buttons, charging port, Wi-Fi, speaker, microphone, vibration and we search for any other faults that the phone may have.
Postage and packaging: We carefully pack all handsets in unique air packs and a bubble bag to ensure the safe transit of the order whilst it is being delivered. Every handset order is tracked with either royal mail recorded delivery for free or with royal mail special delivery for free (on handsets over £200.00). Royal mail special delivery is a tracked and insured delivery service and all orders that do not have special delivery as standard can be upgraded to it in the checkout process.
Despatching your order: All orders placed before 2:30pm from Monday to Friday are despatched the same day. If there are any issues or problems with anything then we will contact you to inform you and take the appropriate actions. We are an online business so we do not allow collections or cash payments.

We aim to reply to you as soon as possible. We are an online business and we can only reply to your emails and answer your calls during office hours (9am-5pm) from Monday- Friday. Returns: All handsets come with a 14 day refund/exchange period for any manufacturer faults. A handset is not eligible for a return if there has been any accidental damage caused by the customer. We require you to contact us and state your order number/order ID in a message through or email and we will reply to you with your unique return code and return instructions. If you do not have a return code from us then your return is not valid and you will be charged the postage fee for your handset to be returned back to you.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please contact us and we will resolve any issues before escalating the problem or leaving feedback. We aim to resolve all problems efficiently and fairly to offer you the best service possible.
All of our items are tested before despatch and for this reason the BUYER is responsible for the cost of returning the item in all circumstances. We are not responsible for any damages caused by the delivery services.

- UK Address - We send all our packages via DPD's next day delivery service for UK Orders
- Northern Ireland - We send all our packages via Royal Mail Special Delivery for Northern Ireland Orders
- Europe - For selected items, we post to Europe via TNT. You have an option of Express or Economy Delivery. Please note we are not responsible for your custom charges, if any. This is your responsibility and we will despatch with the original paperwork required.
- The item will require a signature upon delivery and we have left an instruction with DPD to not deliver to your neighbour.
- If the order was paid for before 2.30pm between Monday to Friday, we will despatch your order on the same working day.
- However, if your order was made after 2.30pm on Monday to Friday or weekends, your order will be sent on the next working day.
- If you do not receive the item, we must wait 14 days before assuming it has been lost
